Famous for pink sand beaches, Bermuda is a British Overseas Territory in the North Atlantic. While geographically separated, Bermuda shares many cultural links with the Caribbean is generally grouped with other Commonwealth Caribbean jurisdictions.. Tourism and financial services drive the economy as well as its culture, which is rich in history and natural resources. Estimates place Bermuda’s GDP per capita at fifth highest in the world.

Prior use: None required
Classification: Nice Classification (single class filing only)
Registration term: 7 years from the date of filing and renewable for 14 year periods
Non-use vulnerability: 5 years
