Caribbean IP INTA Committee Members:

About INTA and Its Committees

INTA (International Trademark Association) committees are specialized groups that bring together professionals from across the trademark and intellectual property sectors to focus on specific areas of interest. Their primary role is to facilitate knowledge sharing, develop best practices, and provide guidance on current legal and business challenges in the IP landscape. Beyond their educational function, INTA committees offer significant value by fostering collaboration among global experts, shaping policy recommendations, and helping members stay ahead of trends and regulatory developments. Participation in these committees not only enhances professional expertise but also strengthens networks, enabling members to contribute meaningfully to the evolution of trademark law and practice worldwide.

In addition, founding member Katherine Hely has been appointed to the INTA Bulletins Editorial Board, as well as ECTA’s Publications Committee

We are proud to see our pan-Caribbean expertise recognized in this way and excited to help shape international discussions on trademarks and intellectual property.
