  • The most common types of IP protected in the region are Trademarks, Designs, Copyrights, Patents, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, and Geographical Indications. There are also a number of tangential rights for which protection is available in some jurisdictions in the region.

  • Absolutely! We are flexible in our approach and can set up a workflow that works best for your needs. We regularly work with foreign counsel from all over the world, as well as with many in-house teams directly.

  • We have set flat fees for the various types of matters we handle. Prior to proceeding, we will provide you with our flat fees so that you know exactly what to expect when the invoice is issued. For example, there are no additional fees for publication and registration of a trademark—these fees are incorporated into our flat rate for registration. We do not charge miscellaneous fees for actions like photocopying or routine mailing of certificates.
