Ruth Lebeau

Ruth Lebeau started her career in the legal field in 2018 with a multi-generational South Florida law firm, where she provided administrative support in the field of estates, trusts, and real estate. She joined Caribbean IP in 2022.

Ruth is responsible for full-scope intellectual property formalities management at Caribbean IP, with a particular focus on digital IP records. She works on matters from across the entire Caribbean region to ensure the accuracy of IP rights information within the firm’s state-of-the-art systems. Her prior legal experience and keen eye for detail are key to the efficient handling of a large volume of valuable IP rights data, and the firm’s agility in enforcement throughout the Caribbean on behalf of leading international clients and brand holders. She also has training from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on intellectual property rights.

Ruth is an avid reader in her spare time, and loves birdwatching, learning about motorcycles, as well as walking and jogging outdoors.
