Katherine Hely: Green Anticounterfeiting Panel at INTA 2022

Katherine Hely moderated the panel “Eco-Friendly Anticounterfeiting? The Environmental Impact of Counterfeits and Anticounterfeiting Measures and Future Best Practices for Brands” at the International Trademark Association (INTA) 2022 annual meeting in Washington, D.C. The discussion addressed the environmental impacts of both counterfeiting and enforcement against counterfeits, as well as greener alternatives. The panel included speakers from law firms, non-profit industry groups, and in-house legal departments.
